Contact Improvisation Course

Description

Contact Improvisation is a dance that plays with the impulses of the moment. By sharing weight with the floor and with other people, a space is opened up for communication in its purest form. No prior knowledge of dance steps is required. With the help of impulses from the Alexander Technique, the diverse facets of this dance will be (re)discovered.

Requirements

Participants should bring:

• Loose training clothing
• A drink
• A towel Training is done barefoot.
